Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Part-Time Breakfast Attendant / Server to join our Food & Beverage team.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well with others, and is committed to creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Hospitality

• Warmly greet guests and provide friendly, attentive, and professional service.

• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Anticipate guest needs and promptly address questions, requests, or concerns.

• Maintain knowledge of breakfast menu offerings, ingredients, and dietary accommodations.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.

• Create a welcoming dining experience that reflects Hilton's hospitality standards.

Breakfast Operations

• Assist with setting up, maintaining, and breaking down breakfast service.

• Keep breakfast buffet stations clean, organized, and properly stocked with fresh food.

• Monitor food presentation, freshness, and temperatures according to food safety standards.

• Communicate with kitchen staff regarding replenishment needs and guest requests.

• Assist with basic food preparation as needed.

• Follow established opening and closing procedures and Hilton brand standards.

Cleanliness & Teamwork

• Maintain clean, sanitized, and properly set dining tables.

• Keep dining areas, service stations, and equipment clean and organized.

• Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning responsibilities.

• Assist fellow team members during busy breakfast periods.

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shift.

• Take initiative to ensure the restaurant remains clean, welcoming, and guest-ready.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous serving, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Friendly, motivated, reliable, and attentive to detail.

• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist wherever needed.

• Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and Hilton brand standards.

• Must have reliable availability every Saturday and Sunday morning.

• Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, push, and pull throughout the shift.

• Ability to safely handle food service equipment and cleaning supplies.

• Ability to perform duties in accordance with workplace safety and sanitation guidelines.
