Hilton Garden Inn Asheville South is looking for a dependable, team-oriented Part-Time Line Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you'll help prepare quality meals while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and brand standards.
• Set up and stock workstations with the necessary ingredients and supplies.
• Wash, chop, portion, and prepare ingredients for service.
• Ensure food is cooked, plated, and served accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout each shift.
• Properly store food and rotate inventory using FIFO practices.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and stocking inventory as needed.
• Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude with guests and fellow team members.

• Previous line cook or restaurant experience preferred (minimum one year preferred).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
