As our Night Auditor, you'll serve as the overnight Manager on Duty, ensuring our guests receive exceptional hospitality while completing the hotel's nightly financial and operational processes.

This role is perfect for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working independently while making a positive impact on every guest's stay.

What You'll DoDeliver Outstanding Guest Service

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude during check-in and check-out.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and questions promptly and efficiently.
• Create memorable guest experiences by exceeding expectations.
• Book transportation and assist guests with local recommendations and directions.
• Create and modify guest reservations.
• Process all payment types accurately, including cash, credit cards, and room charges.
• Resolve billing questions and disputed charges professionally.

Overnight Hotel Operations

• Serve as the overnight Manager on Duty, maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
• Complete the nightly audit process, ensuring all end-of-day (EOD) procedures are finalized accurately.
• Verify that all hotel departments have completed their daily responsibilities.
• Run, review, and balance daily financial reports.
• Reconcile accounts and complete required accounting procedures.
• Count and balance cash drawers and complete nightly deposits according to company procedures.

Maintain Hotel Standards

• Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Follow all hotel safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Protect guest and associate privacy by maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with managers and other departments regarding overnight activity.
• Attend departmental and hotel meetings as scheduled.
• Stay informed on hotel services, promotions, and local attractions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Night Audit, Front Desk, or hospitality experience preferred
• Experience with hotel property management systems (PEP experience is a plus)
• Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge
• Strong math and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• College coursework in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, or Business is a plus, but not required
