Compensation: Starting at $16.00 per hour

Start every guest's day with exceptional hospitality! We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and service-oriented Breakfast Attendant / Server to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing and serving breakfast, maintaining a clean and inviting dining area, and delivering outstanding guest service each morning.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

Weekend availability is required. Candidates must be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and early morning shifts.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving breakfast according to Hilton brand standards.
• Keeping the buffet fully stocked with fresh, high-quality food.
• Greeting and assisting guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, buffet, kitchen, and workstations.
• Monitoring inventory and communicating supply needs.
• Following food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
• Working collaboratively with all hotel departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Previous restaurant, hotel, or food service experience is preferred but not required.
