What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional arrival and departure experience
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
• Verify reservations, assign rooms, and issue room keys
• Process payments including cash, credit cards, debit cards, and other approved forms of payment
• Answer guest calls, messages, questions, and special requests
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure a positive experience throughout their stay
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met
• Provide guests with directions, local recommendations, and information about Asheville attractions
• Run daily reports and verify accuracy of front desk records
• Complete cashier reports, balance cash drawers, and follow hotel accounting procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
• Assist with shuttle transportation when needed, including airport runs

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and passion for customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
