We’re looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations at our award-winning Hampton by Hilton hotel. This is a great opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional ready to grow their leadership career.

• Help oversee daily hotel operations and guest experience
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members across departments
• Support hiring, training, scheduling, and team development
• Drive guest satisfaction and maintain Hilton brand standards
• Assist with revenue strategies, budgeting, and financial performance
• Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast, and front desk teams
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Help maintain strong online reviews and guest feedback scores
• Create a positive, team-focused work environment

• Previous hotel leadership experience required
• Hilton experience is a plus, but not required
• PEP experience is great, but we will train you
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a service-first mindset
• Strong computer and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a drive for results
