Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, creating great food, and being part of a fun, supportive team? We're looking for a motivated Line Cook who takes pride in delivering quality meals and exceptional guest experiences.
As a Line Cook, you'll work alongside our culinary team to prepare delicious menu items, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and help ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. Holidays and weekends required.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and brand standards
- Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies
- Prep ingredients including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning products
- Assist with breakfast, dinner, appetizers, desserts, and special menu items
- Plate food attractively and accurately
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
- Properly store food and monitor inventory levels
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive work environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous cooking experience preferred (minimum one year)
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and kitchen procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Culinary training or vocational education is a plus, but not required
