At Hilton Garden Inn Asheville South, our Guest Service Agents are more than front desk associates—they're the welcoming smile after a long day of travel, the problem-solvers when plans change, and the reason guests choose to come back.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality from check-in to check-out.

• Process reservations, room assignments, payments, and room keys accurately.

• Answer guest questions, handle requests, and resolve concerns with confidence and care.

• Work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and the rest of the hotel team to ensure every guest has a seamless stay.

• Share recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and hidden Asheville gems.

• Complete daily reports, balance your cash drawer, and keep everything running smoothly.

• Help create the kind of experience that turns first-time guests into loyal Hilton travelers.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

• Friendly, positive, and enjoys helping people.

• Reliable and ready to be part of a team.

• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• A great communicator with strong problem-solving skills.

• Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Previous customer service experience is required. Hotel experience is a plus—but we'll happily teach the right person!
