Compensation: Starting at $20.00 per hour

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AM Line Cook to join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn. As an AM Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of breakfast dishes to the highest standard, ensuring that our guests receive the best possible dining experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, ensuring that they are cooked to the highest standard and presented in an attractive manner.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain proper food storage and handling procedures to prevent spoilage.
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality and cost control.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with both coworkers and customers, to ensure smooth and efficient service.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

•  High school diploma or equivalent.
•  At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
•  Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
•  Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
•  Strong communication and collaboration skills.
•  Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and holidays.
•  Shifts range from the following: 
  • Monday--Friday 5AM-11AM 
  • Saturday & Sunday 6AM-12PM
