What You’ll Do:

• Support daily operations across all departments including Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Breakfast
• Train, coach, and develop team members with a focus on service and accountability
• Monitor guest feedback and take action to improve the experience
• Identify and resolve problems before they escalate
• Lead by example and uphold Hilton and company standards
• Foster a team culture built on professionalism, respect, and follow through
• Step in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 or more years of hotel management experience (Hilton experience is a plus)
• A proactive, guest first mindset with strong leadership instincts
• Clear, confident communication skills with both guests and team members
• Comfortable with hotel systems and basic technology
• Someone who gives and receives feedback well and leads with both empathy and accountability
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
