Compensation: Starting at $17.00 per hour

About the Role

This is a full-time overnight position with a built-in schedule split: 2 nights per week as Night Auditor and 3 nights per week on Security. You'll handle front desk operations, end-of-day accounting, and property security depending on the night. Night Auditor Shifts (2 nights/week)

• Check in arriving guests and handle overnight requests professionally

• Answer guest calls, process payments, and resolve any billing questions or disputes

• Complete all end-of-day reporting, account reconciliation, and closing procedures

• Run and review daily reports, verify accuracy, and flag discrepancies

• Count and balance cash drawer at the start and end of your shift

• Book transportation and create reservations as needed

Security Shifts (3 nights/week)

• Conduct regular property patrols to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff

• Monitor surveillance equipment and report any suspicious activity

• Respond promptly to any security issues or emergencies

• Assist guests with after-hours needs and ensure a welcoming overnight environment

• Know and follow all hotel emergency and safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in night audit, front desk, or hospitality strongly preferred

• Comfortable with basic accounting and hotel management software

• Strong attention to detail especially with numbers and reporting

• Excellent communicator with a calm, guest-first attitude

• Able to work independently and make sound decisions overnight

• Available full-time, including weekends and holidays
