"Calling All Hospitality Heroes: We Need a Guest Service Supervisor Extraordinaire!"

We are looking for an enthusiastic, service driven, experienced Guest Service Supervisor with an entrepreneurial spirit, to join our team and assist the General Manager & Assistant General Manager in conducting, supervising, and directing nightly business operations. Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) should be experienced in a leadership role, and be able to confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives to all team members. The GSS must be able to competently and confidently perform duties in the absence of the General Manager & Assistant General Manager.

To be a successful Guest Service Supervisor, you should proactively participate in educational and training opportunities. Must be able to motivate and positively influence the associates, ensuring high team member engagement and high morale. A top candidate for this position must have proved strong leadership and organizational skills.

What you will be doing

  • Vigilant oversight and timely responses to surveys and reviews on various online platforms.
  • Efficient scheduling of our Guest Service Agents and Security personnel.
  • Ensuring warm and efficient reception for arriving groups and assisting in welcome receptions.
  • Unwavering commitment to maintaining a flawless 100% guest satisfaction rate.
  • Hands-on involvement in Food and Beverage outlets as the need arises.
  • Prompt attention to any guest requirements or issues that may arise during their stay.
  • Rigorous property inspections.
  • Constant monitoring and rate adjustments in line with market demand and our competitive set.
  • Efficient management of inventory and orders for 'The Shop.'
  • Stepping in to support the front desk team whenever required.
  • Meticulous checks to ensure guest rooms are immaculate and guest-ready.

The ideal candidate for this position

  • The prospective Guest Service Supervisor would shoulder a multitude of crucial responsibilities, including but not limited to:

    • Shift will be 3P-11P subject to change based on Business Needs
