What will I be doing?

As a Hotel Guest Services Representative, you would be responsible for greeting our guests on the phone and when they arrive and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Have a passion for delivering outstanding guest service
• Checking hotel guests in and out of hotel courteously and efficiently
• Process all payments according to established hotel requirements
• Answering phone calls with proper phone etiquette
• Providing information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
• Assisting guest's with inquiries regarding the surrounding area from directions to where to eat and what to do while in town
